We are proud to share that EatAway has won first place at NUS HumanITy 2025, emerging as the top team among 64 groups and more than 240 participants.

HumanITy brought together students who believe that technology can create real impact in daily life. For us, this experience was more than just a competition. It was a chance to share our vision of making healthy eating simple, personal, and accessible to everyone.

We spent many late nights refining every detail of our presentation, from the story to the design and the user experience. Seeing our work recognised by the judges made all those hours worth it. They appreciated how EatAway uses AI and local partnerships to help people make better food choices without adding complexity.

When our team name was announced as the winner, we were filled with disbelief and joy. We started EatAway with a small idea and a big dream, and this recognition gives us the motivation to keep moving forward.

Winning first place at NUS HumanITy 2025 is a meaningful milestone for us. It reminds us why we began this journey, to create something that genuinely helps people live better.

This is our first win and it will be the start of EatAway’s journey forward.
